Here is some FUN TRIVIA for you! Since we're all such health conscious folks, I thought I'd look into what might be one of the worst things we could eat.
The fattiest food I could find was a Dairy Queen Caramel CheeseQuake Blizzard which has 39 grams of saturated fat. That’s 200% of your recommended daily allowance.
That’s a coronary in a cup. With a really long spoon.
Happy eating!

Is this an ice cream eating challenge? ;)
If so, BRING IT!!!
I'm in too!!!
Sadly that sounds kind of good. But, it's not going to show up on my food journal! :)
You missed the Mocha Chip Blizzard (Large) with 40 g sat fat. Crazy - could have had a banana split for a mere 10 g sat. fat. My husband is a total Blizzard fan and will often forgo dinner to eat one. I had to point out it would probably be healthier to eat the burger and fries. He has moved from Larges to Mediums at least. Darn those BOGO coupons though. Grrr...
oh wow... I do miss Blizzards though...
February is heart health awareness month. As the marketing director for a hospital, I'd like to personally thank Dairy Queen for driving business to our cardiac program.
I love ice cream and blizzards are a fave but they are so bad for you.
Where is the signup form for taste testing?
Thankfully (I guess) the DQs around here all close down from October 31 to March 1st.
So I guess I shouldn't admit that I had a Shamrock Shake the other day? And can't wait to have many more while they're available? My friend (not so) helpfully pointed out that McDonald's doesn't even bother calling them MILKshakes any more because there is nothing even remotely healthy about them. They're just shakes, not milkshakes. :)
Wow that is INSANE! This is a law suit waiting to happen...
mmmm my heart skipped a beat thinking about it!
And although irrelevant to this topic, I just have to clarify that my word verification to post this message is: shart
